1-Click “Create Contract” from a Won Procedure
Once an auction or tender is marked as won with a selected winner and achieved price, clicking “Създай договор” (Create Contract) opens the contract form pre-populated:
- ✓Property is locked to the auctioned asset and the winner becomes the counterparty.
- ✓Deposit transfers automatically from the auction into the contract.
- ✓For Rent procedures, the achieved price becomes the monthly rent, the number of months carries over, and the end date is calculated automatically from the start date.
- ✓Upon saving, the auction transitions to completed with two-way navigation between the auction and the contract.
Automatic End-Date by Months
For Rent and Use contracts, enter the start date and number of months — the end date is computed automatically (handling month-end calendar rules).
Rent Schedule + Utility Bills
Generating a payment schedule pre-fills the installment count from the contract's months and optionally generates monthly Utility Bill tracking rows due on the 15th of the following month.

When an auction is marked as won with a winner and achieved price, clicking “Create Contract” transfers the property, counterparty, price, months, and deposit into a new contract. Clicking “Generate Contract” populates your uploaded .docx Word template and downloads a ready-to-sign file.
